WHAT WE DO
MSS Environmental is a specialist communications and PR consultancy that works with clients on “Projects with a Real or Perceived Environmental Impact” handling all aspects of PR, communications and stakeholder engagement.
MSS Environmental work with clients and their stakeholders, developing project communications materials such as brochures, leaflets, posters, advertisements, non- technical summaries. We write content for websites, online & digital marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest). We edit company materials to enable the general public to understand each project, and work closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure real engagement around each of our projects.
We engage with local and national media across radio, TV, newspapers, magazines and online. We write and edit media releases, and organise media interviews. We train our clients in media training, we train them around potential or actual crisis management and we also undertake presentation training if required.
Real stakeholder engagement is our forte – we understand what is required and we implement stakeholder engagement on the ground for our clients. We host open days or engagement sessions on a one to one, one to many basis. We liaise with local representatives, T.D’s , Councillors, local businesses, groups such as Chambers, BID’s etc, IDA, DECNR, NGO’s etc and we work with all stakeholders in an honest, open and empathetic way to enable our clients achieve their project goals
We make a difference to our clients and their projects. We understand the environment and issues that may arise and more importantly we can communicate these issues in a way that media and stakeholders understand.
MSS Environmental is well versed in responding and managing the media and stakeholder fallout of such events should they take place. We can quickly mobilize and coordinate with any client to support such initial responses and management.
We are experts in stakeholder management and understand the importance of establishing dialogue and building strong and genuine relationships with local communities and other key stakeholders who may play a vital role in the outcome of the project.
